Our goal is to create a sustainable orchestral programs for kids by providing teachers with curriculum,
access to modern teaching methods and materials, making sure that the student can take the best out of the lessons
and implement it in their future.

At Time and Harmony, our team’s strength comes from the diverse expertise of our members. Vladimir Perez-Popov, our president, is an accomplished musician with Master’s degrees in Music, Linguistics, and Pedagogy, guiding our vision with deep academic and musical knowledge. Adam Yormack, our vice-president, is the Managing Attorney at Yormack Law and the President of a title and escrow company, bringing valuable legal and business skills to ensure our programs are well-managed and sustainable.

Vladimir Perez Popov, an accomplished musician with a Master's degrees in Music from Florida International University, Linguistics from New Russian University and Pedagogy from Moscow State University.
Adam Yormack
Vice President
Adam Yormack is the Managing Attorney at Yormack Law, a Florida law firm for Real Estate and Business and is the President of Alligator, Title and Escrow, LLC dba Bronco Title and Escrow, LLC.
Srivishnu Ramankutty
Artistic Director
Srivishnu Ramankutty is a Miami-based first-year viola fellow who has performed across the US and Europe. He holds degrees from the New World School of the Arts and Lynn University. Srivishnu has taught at Miami Dade College and played with several South Florida orchestras.
